The Colorado Springs Sno Jets club is unique in that it was established long before MeetUp.com came into existence. In reality, we have more than 200 members that you don't see listed on this site. As a result, the RSVP responses aren't reflective of actual interest or participation in an event. For example, on Nov. 21, we had about 40 people join the fun in our Bowling Party and dinner afterward (and a spontaneous night of karaoke after that!); however, only 2 had RSVP'd "Yes" on this page. So, …

If you love hiking, especially peak bagging, and are a person of faith, this is the group for you to join. Hiking for me is a form of worship to the Lord, and it's also a time to reflect on His awesome glory, reflected in His creation. The time spent peak bagging, hiking, backpacking or even simple nature walks, is all about exploring the Savior's nature, through nature. Fasting from the confusion of our world by getting into nature, allows us communication with Him as the Creator, and throug …

Hi- My name is Chris and I am a proud CO native. I own a personal training company and also own a CO adventures and vacations company. Throughout my years of living in CO, I have come to realize that very few people are actually 'from' CO! When I talk to people (even natives), I often find that people don't really know how to start or where to go when it comes to hiking...they just see a wall of intimidating mountains and know that they're definitely not going to just set off on foot on some tra …
